Dress up the edges of any page with this border clipart: 12 drawn borders, corners, frames, banners and bows. Each border and frame leaves the middle empty, so you can type a title, a poem, a class list or a photo right inside.
The files are transparent PNGs, which means the paper or slide color shows through the empty center and around the edges. Download one, or copy it and stretch it to fit your page. Need something to put inside the frame? Our flower clipart and school clipart pages have plenty of small pictures that fit.

How to Put Text Inside a Border
- Insert the border on a blank page and stretch it to the page margins.
- Set the picture to sit behind text, so your typing goes on top.
- Add a text box in the empty middle and pick a clear font at 14 to 18 points.
- For a slide, send the frame to the back and place a photo or title on top.
Each file is 1000 pixels square. Wide borders look sharp up to about 3 inches tall on a printed card. For a full letter page, the edges will soften a little, which is fine for a classroom handout but not for a framed print. Corner designs are a good fix: print four small corners and keep them crisp.

Questions people ask
Is there border clipart black and white for worksheets?
Yes. The scalloped line border and the swirl corners are plain black lines, and the oval frame is solid black. All three print well on grayscale and leave room for your questions.
Do the borders come as border clipart PNG files?
Each one is a transparent PNG, including the empty middle. Put it over a colored page or a photo and the color shows through the center and around the edges.
What is the best corner clipart for an award certificate?
Use the swirl flourish corners on cream card stock, then add the red ribbon banner at the top for the title. The mix looks formal but still friendly.
Can I use a frame on a shared teacher website?
Yes, if the site is free to visit and you are not selling the pages. Naming Clipart Finder is a kind extra, never a rule. Two limits apply: the frames cannot be shared as a download bundle, and any paid item that carries one needs a green light from us, which you can request on our Contact page.
Do you have bow clipart for gift tags?
The pink satin bow is made for that. Print it about 1 inch wide on card stock and punch a hole beside it for the string.
Where can I find clipart for signs and banners?
The pennant bunting and the blank red ribbon banner are both made to hold words. Type your sign text over them, or print the bunting several times in a row across a long poster.
