Clipart Finder is a free clipart gallery of original drawings for teachers, parents, students and small makers. Every illustration is one clean subject on a transparent background, so it drops onto a worksheet, slide, card or sticker sheet without a white box around it. You will find cute clipart, black and white outlines, watercolor art and bold stickers, all sorted onto shelves by subject.
Below is a sample from six of those shelves: holidays, school, animals, food, nature and pictures to color. The Download PNG button saves a file to your device, while Copy lifts the art onto your clipboard for pasting. Every piece of artwork is ready to clip into a newsletter, a slide or a card. Need a full sheet to color instead? Our coloring pages print on US Letter or A4.

How to Use Free Clip Art From This Site
- Pick a shelf. Open a subject page, such as snowman clipart or pencil clipart. Each one holds many styles of the same subject.
- Check the background. Use the background preview under any picture. Switch between checkerboard, white, chalkboard, kraft paper or your own color to judge the fit before you print.
- Download or copy. Download PNG saves the file to your computer. Copy puts it on your clipboard so you can paste it right into a slide app or a word processor.
- Place it. In a document, change the text wrap option to in front of text, and your page color will show around the art.
Files measure 1000 by 1000 pixels. Printed at 300 dpi, that gives roughly 3 sharp inches, and far more than enough for any screen.
Choosing a Clipart Style
Every subject comes in a few looks. Picking one style per project keeps a page calm and planned.

| Retro | Muted mid-century colors | Party invites, posters |
| Sticker | Thick white cut edge | Sticker sheets, rewards |
| Realistic | Soft shading, textbook look | Reports and science slides |
Clipart PNG Files, Not Vector Graphics
Our art clipart downloads as PNG images, not vector graphics. A PNG is made of pixels and keeps a clear background, which is what most people need for school work and crafts. It will not stretch forever like a vector file, so plan around the 3 inch print size for sharp edges.
For a bulletin board, print several smaller copies in a row instead of one giant picture. If you have your own picture with a white box behind it, the make PNG transparent walkthrough shows how to clear that box away.
Classroom Ideas by Grade
- Preschool and kindergarten: Use cute clipart on cubby labels, job charts and picture schedules. Big friendly faces read well from across the room.
- Grades 1 and 2: Add black and white clip art to the corner of a worksheet as a color-when-done reward. Pair food pictures with counting and sorting games.
- Grades 3 to 5: Realistic and flat color pictures make reports, timelines and slides look finished. Try science clipart and math clipart for lesson headers.
- Middle and high school: Silhouettes and retro art suit club posters and presentations without looking babyish.

Please do not resell the files themselves or repackage them into clipart bundles. Questions people ask
Is the clipart on this site really free?
Yes, for personal use, classroom and school use, and projects that are not sold. There is no sign-up and no credit required. Selling something with our art on it? Message us on the Contact page and we can talk it over.
Is every clipart PNG transparent?
Yes. Each picture saves as a PNG file whose empty areas are see-through. The checkerboard you see in the preview only shows where the clear parts are, and it will not print.
Where can I find black and white clipart?
Most subject pages have a black and white section with Line art and Silhouette pictures. They save color ink and double as small coloring tasks. For full sheets, browse our coloring pages.
Can I use these clip art images in a slide show?
Yes. Press the Copy button, switch to your presentation, and paste. The clear background lets your slide color show through, and the bold styles stay crisp on a projector.
How big can I print free clipart images from here?
About 3 inches wide at 300 dpi gives sharp edges. Larger prints still work for a wall display but get softer past 5 or 6 inches. Screens and documents have no problem at all.
Do you add new clipart often?
Yes. We keep drawing new subjects and styles for each shelf, with seasonal pictures added ahead of each holiday. Check the holiday, school and animal shelves before planning a new unit.
